Exchange Policy

LATCHMATCH™ GUARANTEE & STORE POLICY

We want you to be completely in love with your LatchMatch™. We guarantee your match and, we’ll happily accept an exchange of your silicone nipples if you select the wrong size. Before starting your exchange please ensure that you have read and understood our exchange policy, if any items are returned that don’t meet our policy the customer will be notified and the exchange will not be processed.

USA CUSTOMERS

We offer free exchanges on all US orders for The LatchMatch ™ Starter Kit (excluding final sale items). Please read the below policy to ensure your items are eligible for return.

  • Your return must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your purchase.
  • Only silicone nipples are accepted for exchange only.
  • The Natural Nipple reserves the right to deny an exchange if the silicone nipple is another brand or does not match the unit identified by the order number. You will be notified via email if your exchange item is not accepted.
  • The original shipping cost is non-refundable. 
  • We suggest units are used as soon as they are received to ensure you can return items within the exchange timeframe.
  • Final sale items are final sale and are not eligible for an exchange. If you require a size change for a final sale item, please email support@thenaturalnipple.com return shipping for sale items is at the customer's expense. 
  • Items purchased during a promotional event/sale are not accepted for exchanges.
  • Gift cards, Bestseller Starter Kit, and Baby Shower Bundle are not eligible for exchange or refund. 

EXCHANGES FOR US CUSTOMERS

  1. Select the unit you’re sending back and follow the step-by-step guide through The Natural Nipple's exchange portal.
  2. All exchanges will be reviewed by the fulfillment team to approve exchanges.
  3. Once approved, The Natural Nipple’s fulfillment center will ship your exchange item to you right away!

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

International orders are excluded from the LatchMatch™ guarantee. If you have received an item different than your original order or defective, please email support@thenaturalnipple.com with your order number and a photo of the item.

    FAULTY ITEMS

    We are deeply sorry if an item you received is not in perfect condition. If you have received an item that is defective, possibly faulty or you have been sent the wrong size, please contact customer service immediately (within 7 days of receiving the item/s) please email support@thenaturalnipple.com.

    CHANGING ITEMS OR CANCELING AN ORDER

    Our warehouse starts processing orders immediately after they are placed Monday-Friday 9 am-5 pm, we cannot guarantee that your requested changes can be made to your order prior to shipment. Please make sure you choose your items carefully and add the correct shipping before placing your order. If you have an urgent change contact our team support@thenaturalnipple.com and we’ll try and assist with any change requirements as once the order has left our premises we are not able to make any changes.

    • Please follow size guide measurement instructions in the LatchMatch ™ Quiz to receive your best LatchMatch™.
    • Please don’t hesitate to email Support@thenaturalnipple.com for any match or flow inquiries.  
    • Exchanges come with an environmental cost so we encourage you to reach out to us if you are unsure about your size (we are more than happy to assist you), as exchanging items results in extra carbon emissions from transportation.

    PRICING & PAYMENT

    • All pricing shown on The Natural Nipple website is in USD dollars.
    • The Natural Nipple reserves the right to change pricing, product availability, and descriptions at any time.
    • The Natural Nipple reserves the right to change the terms of any special offers, sales period, and sales stock at any time.
